Bobby BlackHat, Virginia’s Blues Ambassador, award-winning recording artist, harmonica player, vocalist, songwriter, comedian, and producer has been playing harmonica for over 46 years. Bobby is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Commander with 27 years of distinguished service, including serving as Military Aide to the President and being awarded the Coast Guard Medal for Heroism.
No holds barred funk, blues, and rock that marries the sounds and spirits of Detroit Rock City, Memphis, and Mussel Shoals. In the remarkable 25-year career of The Boneshakers, the iconic band has always been led by world-renowned guitarist Randy Jacobs of Was (Not Was). The band and members have toured and recorded with Bonnie Raitt, BB King, Keb Mo, Aretha Franklin, Elton John, Bootsy Collins, Tears 4 Fears, Bob Dylan, Stevie Wonder, Gov’t Mule, and Iggy Pop…just to name a few.
The Deloreans are known for their dynamic ‘80s costumes, unstoppable energy, and their ability to bring down the house EVERY time. We welcome ALL ages for a fun night of 80’s sing along tunes starting at 6pm. Food trucks, beverages, and vendors are present on-site!
The Wilson Springs Hotel is a high-powered country and bluegrass outfit based out of Richmond, Virginia. The band combines tones of traditional country and western swing, bluegrass, folk, and rock to create a unique sound that is simply their own. The band travels as a five-piece unit; coming from a diverse background of musical influences, they bring new and exciting stylings to the classic sounds of American Country and Bluegrass.

It’s hard to nail an exact moment when Good Shot Judy came to life.
It could have been when brothers Brett and Jeff Cahoon stepped away from the success they’d achieved with their punk band Ten Years from Now and chose instead to see what they could do with the old-time jazz standards they’d admired for so long. The brothers Cahoon formed a small combo, and – wouldn’t you know it? – plenty of others felt the same groove.
On Saturday, 8/3/2024, Caleb Dillard will return to Flat Iron Crossroads with The Blue Ridge Hombres and special guest, Paige Emily! Warming up the stage is Nick Kump who will go on at 6:30pm. Doors open at 5:30pm along with food truck, The Pull Up.
LFD brings the experience of being at a Grateful Dead concert to life at this beautiful venue, Flat Iron Crossroads. We're proud to be a part of this year's concert series and to help continue this unique musical tradition in Gloucester, VA.
The show will be opened by Dead Rise from 5:00-6:00pm. Last Fair Deal will perform from 6:30-9:30pm. We anticipate the show being outdoors with vendor, Rock Chakra and food truck, Get Cheesy. Doors open at 4:00pm - bring a lawn chair, blanket, and grab a drink at the FIX' Bar inside.
Playing Carolina beach music this Saturday, August 17th is Jim Quick & Coastline! The show will be outdoors starting at 6:30pm. Arrive as early as 5:30pm to set up your lawn chair, grab a rum cocktail at the FIX bar, and order dinner with Island Time Delights serving authentic Filipino classics. Children ages 12 and under are free!
