The musical synergy was apparent and exciting. A new bluegrass band was formed. And since every time they got together someone had to cross the Norris Bridge\, Rappahannock Crossing seemed to be a fitting name. The band has played in too many festivals\, fairs and concerts to count – from Pennsylvania to North Carolina. \nThe band’s repertoire combines traditional and contemporary bluegrass with classic country\, rock ‘n roll and original tunes. They even throw in a Jimmy Buffet tune now and then. \nThe Tidewinders ____________________________________________________________ \nThe Tidewiders are known for their traditional instrumentation of banjo\, fiddle\, mandolin\, guitar\, dobro\, and bass. They play hard-driving bluegrass\, poignant ballads\, and classic favorites for a classic sound of bluegrass with modern flair. \nBill Jenkins & The Virginia Mountain Boys __________________________________________ \nBill Jenkins and the Virginia Mountain Boys have been performing for over forty years. Bill was inducted into the Virginia Music Hall of Fame in 2014 for his many contributions over the years to the preservation of traditional\, old time\, and gospel music. Truly unique harmonies\, captivating arrangements and a rollicking good time are the hallmark of this legendary band which has some of the finest string musicians and vocalists in the USA. The group continues to bring to life the authentic folk music of the southern Appalachian Mountains covering the period from the early settlers\, up to and including\, a few of the beginning Bluegrass favorites. \nWebsite: www.billjenkinsandthevirginiamountainboys.com \n \n  \n\n\n$30.00 \nBuy now \n\n\n
